Yes, we are the factory which focuses on the products quality and Customers’ return rate, we always provide 3 years’ free guarantee for the whole product for non-man-made causes, You’ll get free parts or whole products, and then 2 years’ paid warranty_You pay for the parts or whole product and postage.
It will take us around 7days for charger (if not in stock), 15 days for earphone (if not in stock) to finish all the production. For customized products, the delivery date shall be subject to the time provided by us (Party B), both parties shall negotiate the delivery date in special circumstances.
We will prepare samples for you in about 5-7 days. When you complete the target sales of 10000 RMB within three months, you will get free samples of the next new products.
We shall provide a rebate to you after you complete the sales amount 50000 RMB, which shall be offset in the form of payment for goods. Special-priced and regular-priced products are both included in the total annual sales. Products priced within 100RMB/pc will be refunded 1%, products priced above 200 RMB/pc(included) will be refunded 2%, and for special-priced products will not be refunded.
Note: Sales amount only refers to the total price of the products, excluding freight cost, installation fee and taxes.
We can accept TT payment or Western Union.30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading to the container. EXW price, FOB price, CIF price available.
The MOQ of all our product samples is 10 pieces, and the MOQ of formal orders is 50 pieces. The consignment of one piece needs to meet our sales target of 5000 RMB per month.
